Verdict

LinkedIn now lets you schedule posts natively, free, from the post composer. It's the simplest way to queue a LinkedIn post in advance, and it does nothing beyond that, no calendar, no bulk scheduling, no editing a post once it's scheduled.

For a long time LinkedIn made you reach for a third-party tool just to schedule a post; now there's a clock icon in the composer that handles it, free, for both personal profiles and Company Pages, up to three months out. If all you want is to write a LinkedIn post on Tuesday and have it go out Thursday morning, this is all you need. The limits show up fast, though. You schedule one post at a time, there's no bulk upload, you can't edit a post after scheduling it (you have to delete and redo), there's no calendar view, no best-time suggestions, no recycling, and analytics are LinkedIn's own basic numbers. It also, obviously, only posts to LinkedIn. So it's genuinely useful as a free convenience for LinkedIn-only users, and not a substitute for a real scheduler if you post anywhere else or want to plan a queue. Anyone running LinkedIn alongside other networks will still want a dedicated tool.
