Which subscription includes X Pro?
X's legacy help page lists Pro among Premium+ features. The newer subscription documentation says Premium, Super and Ultra include full X Premium+ benefits when an eligible personal X account is connected. Taken together, those pages indicate that the new Premium plan should provide Pro access. This is an inference from the documented entitlements; it is not confirmation from a signed-in account. The account restriction matters for agencies. A team seat under The X Subscription can provide benefits to the member's connected personal account, but the documentation excludes organization-managed and affiliate X accounts from that connection. How much does X Pro cost?
X Pro is bundled with subscription benefits rather than presented as a separate purchase in these plans. Legacy US web Premium+ is listed at US$40 monthly or US$395 annually. The new Premium list is displayed as $30 monthly or $300 annually, excluding sales tax. The new annual option works out to $25 per month, but the charge is $300 for the year. That monthly equivalent does not mean you can pay $25 each month. Taxes and checkout terms can change the amount due. Should an existing subscriber switch?
Start by checking Pro on the account you actually manage. If it already works and your existing subscription suits you, the official overview says switching is optional. Before switching, record your current renewal date, annual or monthly commitment, and the service that collects payment. Review the new full checkout amount rather than subtracting an expected refund yourself. When is X Pro worth considering?
The reason to consider Pro is the column-based X workflow: keeping several useful timelines and searches visible at once.
