For people who genuinely live on X, X Pro is still the best way to work it: a wall of columns showing mentions, lists, searches, and DMs in real time across the accounts you run, plus the ability to schedule posts and threads ahead. That live, dense, monitor-everything layout is something no general scheduler matches for X specifically. The problem is access and scope. X folded X Pro into its top Premium+ subscription in 2026, so it now costs around $40 a month where it used to come with the $8 plan, and it only does X, with no calendar, no bulk scheduling, no recycling, and no mobile app. So the calculus is narrow: if you're a heavy single-network X user or community manager who'll use the columns daily and don't mind Premium+, it earns its place.
