TikTok lets Business and Creator accounts schedule videos for free inside TikTok Studio on the web. It's handy for queueing the odd post up to ten days ahead, but it's deliberately bare: one video at a time, desktop only, no bulk, no calendar.

TikTok's native scheduler exists, it's free, and it does the one thing it promises: upload a video in TikTok Studio on the web, pick a date and time within the next ten days, and it posts itself. For a creator who films, edits, and just wants to set tomorrow's post tonight, that's enough. The catches are real, though. You can only schedule from a computer, not the app, only on a Business or Creator account, only one video at a time, and only ten days out, and there's no calendar, no bulk upload, no caption or hashtag help, and no way to run more than one account. So it suits occasional, single-account posting and little else. Anyone planning TikTok around trends and campaigns, or posting daily, or running several accounts, will quickly want a third-party tool that batches uploads and plans a real calendar. The native analytics in Studio are a nice bonus, but the scheduler itself is a convenience, not a content system.
