Typefully pricing: count identities first, then collaborators
Typefully currently offers Free, Creator and Business. Creator costs $99 a year for one social set and one user, with annual billing only. Business costs $20 per social set on monthly billing, or $18 per set per month with yearly billing. Business includes unlimited users and supports up to 50 sets; that is its capacity, not 50 sets included in an $18 bill. Current Typefully pricing.
The pricing page displays dollar amounts without explicitly naming the currency. The figures here reproduce that display; confirm billing currency and applicable tax before comparing a checkout total with another service.
What counts as one social set?
A social set groups accounts belonging to one person or brand. It permits one account per social platform. Your personal X, LinkedIn and Bluesky accounts can share one set. Your personal X account and your company's X account need separate sets, even if you manage both yourself. Typefully account and social-set definitions.

This makes an account inventory more useful than a headcount for estimating Business cost. Count each separate publishing identity, then identify who needs access to each one. Keep private drafts outside shared team sets if they should remain private.

The allowances and features are from the pricing table. Its publishing labels do not clearly resolve whether the paid post allowance is subscription-wide or per social set. Do not multiply 1,500 by the number of Business sets without confirmation. Cross-posts and multi-part threads also need a clear counting rule before you budget a high-volume queue.
For a straightforward single-platform example, one update on each of 20 working days needs 20 posts. That exceeds Free's ten-post allowance without any uncertainty about cross-post counting. A writer publishing only twice a week may fit the numerical cap, provided the month's total and required media features also fit.
Worked bills for a founder and a company
Assume the founder's accounts form one identity and the company's accounts form a second. Both need to be managed in the same Business setup.

These are calculations from the advertised per-set rates, before tax or optional usage charges. For two sets, 12 monthly payments total $480; the advertised annual option totals $432, a $48 difference. The decision is whether the upfront commitment suits you, not whether “$36/month” means a monthly payment option.
Creator's $8.25 monthly equivalent also needs that distinction: the actual advertised purchase is $99 annually. It is an eligible option for the solo, single-set case, rather than a substitute for Business collaboration.
Feedback access is different from shared publishing
Typefully lets anyone view a shared draft link; leaving comments requires a free Typefully account. That can be enough when you write alone and occasionally ask someone to review your wording. Draft sharing and comments.
Inviting teammates to shared sets requires Business or an eligible legacy Team/Agency subscription. Collaborators can use free accounts and do not each need to buy their own paid subscription.
